Our digital life after death isn’t something we tend to think about very often, but maybe it’s something we should consider.

With so much to talk about this week, I was absolutely over the moon to be back on Marc Fennell’s Download This Show for another episode.

From Elon Musk backing out of his deal to buy Twitter, a China information incursion and digital life after death, to the dangers of viral TikTok dances, it was a packed episode this week.

Are Elon Musk and Twitter heading to court in Delaware? The world’s richest man is backing out of his $44bn deal to buy Twitter, claiming Twitter failed to provide enough information on the number of fake and spam accounts on the platform. However, with Twitter committed to closing the deal, legal action may be on the cards.

We all know death is inevitable. With so much of our lives playing out online, what do we do with our digital lives after death? This week’s episode discusses several apps and services that can help you leave messages and handle your social media accounts after you die.

Are you on TikTok? Viral dance challenges are all the rage on the platform, but what happens when those challenges get dangerous?

Haven’t had time to check out this week’s episode of Download This Show just yet? Don’t worry! Tune in below, Apple Podcasts (or wherever you get your podcasts), and let me know what you think!
