I am so excited to be working with Tourism Council WA in delivering a new range of social media workshops for tourism businesses.
Social media strategist and Coffey & Tea MD, Meg Coffey, has been delivering these workshops for 3 years now and is thrilled to bring a new level of knowledge to Western Australia.
Based on the ever changing needs of a good digital marketer, and with a strong understanding of small business, the Digital eTourism Workshops are guaranteed to help you succeed in the online world. With 6 courses to choose from, Meg has designed a series of workshops to appeal to all levels of learning.
The Workshops
Your Tourism Business Online: Google, SEO & SEM – As the online space becomes more crowded, it’s also more important than ever to understand the online marketing world. Having a great website is step one, but understanding Google Analytics, search engine marketing and search engine optimisation is also key to your small business succeeding online.
Your Tourism Business Online: Reputation Management – This freshly revamped workshop covers everything you need to know about your online reputation. Our trainer will talk you through how to find out what people are saying about you online, how to keep track and monitor these conversations, and how to respond.
Facebook Marketing for Tourism – In this session, we dig deep into the platform, ensuring you’re comfortable with all aspects of the site; from the fundamentals of pages and groups, to using Business Manager, creating Facebook adverts and truly understanding your Analytics.
Instagram & Pinterest Marketing for Tourism – This new course will dive deep into Instagram and Pinterest, giving you a solid understanding of these important platforms. Your trainer will explain the algorithm and the basics of using both platforms, before moving on to some tried and tested tips and tricks.
Content Marketing for Tourism – This updated workshop will cover the basics of digital storytelling and help you craft a content strategy to suit your business. From creating and curating content, to defining your goals and desired outcomes, this session will give you all the tools you need to create an engaging and measurable content marketing plan across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and more.
Advanced Facebook Marketing for Tourism: Advertising & Strategy – This revamped course is perfect for those who have completed the Facebook Marketing for Tourism course, or those who have a good understanding of Facebook already.
