I was thrilled to work with the team at Fremantle Ports, breaking down the way forward for their new consumer channel, Victoria Quay, and the corporate account for the Ports.
We got together for a in depth chat about best practice and strategy for 2020. When you have a lot of messages to get out, and all the channels to share the news on, it can be a bit overwhelming where to start.
By identifying what the root goal of Fremantle Port’s actions were, we were able to determine the best way forward for each of the channels and the correct voice for each of the brands.
