Meg Coffey was recently invited to sit with ten young professionals and Premier Colin Barnett to discuss the future of of Western Australia.
Colin Barnett is yet to put a date on his retirement, but baby boomers will all, eventually, step aside.
The Premier this week met the young professionals poised to take the reins of WA industry, answering their questions on everything from the future of manufacturing to flexible work arrangements.
Mr Barnett said there was a continuing debate about what Government should do in the tourism area. He believed Government should be doing things industry was not willing to do, such as building infrastructure such as Elizabeth Quay, but he was not sure how far it should go in the advertising space.
