As part of the ATP Cup, Rafa Nadal and Team Spain descended upon Perth this summer and in turn were taken out to Rottnest Island for the requisite photo opportunity. Beamed across the world to Nadal’s 22 million social media followers, the quintessential West Australia experience was shared in it’s finest form.
I was more than happy to chat with Beau Pearson from 10 News First Perth about the power that a photo can wield and why it’s such and important part of the tourism strategy.
