TCWA Digital eTourism Workshops – Kalgoorlie

15 November 2018 9:32 pm

We recently travelled to Kalgoorlie to deliver #TCWAsocial workshops to local tourism businesses.

Coffey & Tea partnered with Tourism Council WA to present four workshops. These workshops have been designed to help business in the tourism industry achieve more from their digital marketing.

The city was formed in 1989 by the joining of the towns of Kalgoorlie and Boulder, which developed in 1893 during the Coolgardie gold rush, on Western Australia’s “Golden Mile”.

Gold mining, along with other metals, has forever been a major industry in Kalgoorlie. Today, its resources provide work for about one-quarter of Kalgoorlie’s workforce.

Our content is always updated to reflect the trending topics in digital and social, so even if you’ve attended our workshops before, there are a bunch of new things to learn.

We begin with the ‘Building Your Brand Through Digital Marketing’ workshop. In this workshop, we explain how to follow what’s being said about your business online. ‘Facebook for Business’ is an intermediate level workshop detailing how to engage and influence consumer behaviour.

The ‘Advanced Facebook for Business’ workshop takes an in-depth look at Facebook advertising and strategy. Later in the afternoon the ‘Digital Marketing: Major Platforms & Trends’ workshop offered insights into emerging platforms and tools.

To register for the workshops or to find out more information head over to the TCWA website. We look forward to seeing you in Perth!
