New Workshop for 2017 WA Regional Tourism Conference
3 August 2017 8:34 pm
I am very excited to announce I has been invited to deliver a workshop at the 2017 WA Regional Tourism Conference.
Sponsored by Tourism WA, this inaugural regional event follows on from two successful conferences held in Perth in 2015 and 2016. The conference, to be held in Albany over 3 days in September, brings together tourism operators from across the state.
As part of the conference Meg will be presenting a Content Marketing Masterclass, a workshop that provides practical advice that businesses can apply to optimise their content.
Meg brings her extensive experience of delivering digital marketing workshops, including her recent workshops and presentations in conjunction with Tourism Council WA to regional centres across Western Australia.
“I am honoured to be presenting this workshop at the first Regional Conference, the previous ones were a great success so I am very much looking forward to this one in Albany.”
The workshop, centred around content, is tailored for the tourism industry. Attendees will learn how to grow their business and stand out from the crowd in a sea of digital content.
“The regional centres of WA are a vital part of attracting visitors to the state. It is so important for tourism businesses in these areas to provide their audiences with good content. If you want to attract the right customers, you need to know how to stand out from your competitors.”
Meg will teach you best practices for creating and curating content and deliver tips and tricks that will help you to maximise your efforts. Discover your brand’s personality, learn how to create and use a content calendar and apply strategy to the content you post on social.
The WA Regional Tourism Conference will be held on 11-13 September, 2017. To find out more and to register your place at the conference head to the TCWA website.
