IFTTT: a new way to pick up your toys

Have you heard of IFTTT? We’ve been using it for years and it’s been a game changer.

Our Managing Director, Meg Coffey was recently quoted in The Age discussing just one way we use the content aggregator.

The proliferation of supposedly time-saving apps and services is so great, they require a tool to streamline their use.

IFTTT is the tech acronym to send LMAO and FOMO back to 2014. If This Then That is a message platform, a way to streamline functionality in your home and via your social media networks. It moves home automation into a whole new realm.

Social media marketer Meg Coffey says IFTTT is handy for streamlining social media tasks. “For a community action group, we use a recipe to tweet the neighbourhood weather each morning; another to push photos from Instagram to Facebook. The customisable options can save hours each day.”
